Plugin: InsertNote
Allows for the insertion of footnotes/endnotes. Supports:
- Automatic numbering
- Automatic linking to anchors
- Links back to each specific citation
- Saves previously referenced notes for easy reuse
- Cleanup of unreferenced notes (or references to non-existent notes)
