Xinha does NOT seem to work within FRAMEs

I Just starting to try out xinha, and I got a very simple php/html working. But when calling it in a frame from a menu-frame the page & textarea displays without xinha. What did I miss?

It also takes 3 times longer to load in IE than in Firefox...

The beta 0.92 seems to come without fullpage - is that correct?
