Scripts corrupted in GetHtml plugin

Description

The GetHtml plugin can sometimes corrupt scripts if the script is not enclosed in an html comment and contains a '<'. The script following the'<' is parsed as though it were a tag, often resulting in corruption.

I have a fix for this; this ticket is for tracking.
