Doesn't create directories.

Description

When trying to create new directory in Image insert dialog nothing happens. After clicking on icon appears dialog where to input dir name, But When clicking OK or Cancel nothing happens (even no error message displayed), The only thing to do with that window is to close it. This problem have not only me.
