including xinha_config.js

The NewbieGuide includes a useful script to set up Xinha. While it's not entirely as general as invoking HTMLArea directly, it's more convenient for most cases. Why not include it directly in the Xinha tree?

I dont think we needs to add the xinha_config.js from the NewbieGuide . We dont have any example (in /examples/) using it and i think we can assume that if someone wants to use Xinha he will read a few the wiki before trying to use it, at least the NewbieGuide.

I dont see any reason for this ticket to exists or at least no reason to be a 1.0 blocker.

Still a good idea and only a small job when I get around to it, set to lowest priority, it won't block if it comes to that.
