IE6: Interface Greying Out and Refuses to Let IE Users Enter Anything

I just did an installation (upgrade from Drupal 4.5.2 to 4.6.0) and I am experiencing something very weird with the text editor. I installed everything fresh, so, there is nothing apparent that could be happening.

In Firefox, HTMLArea (with Xinha's last nights release, 05/17/2005) works awesome.

In IE 6, the interface loads and then "greys out" and IE users can't enter anything in. It doesn't seem to matter how large textarea is and it happens consistently on different machines (about 25 thus far).

I didn't see anything mentioned like this, but would appreciate some help on it.
