Wrong encoding in lang files for plugin : Stylist

Description

All lang files are ANSI encoded and should be converted to UTF-8, none of the present files utilizes any special characters and can safely be converted.

the stylist-language-files don't have any special-characters!! so the files encoded as ANSI and UTF-8 are exactly the same!

i'm closing the bug, feel free to reopen if you think there is still a problem
