Xinha does not work in IE9

In IE9 xinha build 1263 onwards fail to load. They stop showing in the loading box.

Using IE developers tools I get the following error in the console... but not in compatibility mode when it works fine.

SCRIPT5002: Function expected XinhaCore?.js, line 1572 character 18
