Browser difference in links created in extended file manager

There seems to be a difference in how Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3 handle links in the Extended File Manager. Firefox works correctly, but IE7 adds a directory level.

I have xinha installed in a directory called "admin", editing pages in the parent directory (public_html).

This seems to happen for both relative links to other webpages, as well as files or images.

My clients use EFM lots, and have no reports of this. Probably a configuration issue.
