Paste HTML command

It would be nice to have a command/button to paste HTML. This is HTML you'd typically get from some other service (e.g., flickr) that you want to paste in literally. I imagine it opening up a dialog where you paste into a field, it does preview, and when you hit OK it goes into the editor. On Firefox where you can't programmatically paste, so a dialog is necessary (arguably the dialog would be useful regardless, since it involves people pasting stuff they probably don't understand and the preview gives them a chance to see it first).

If #1331 is implemented, those transformations should also be applied to the paste on its way in.
