Xinha chokes on anchors

Go into source view and create an anchor, e.g.:

<a name="test">Foo</a>

Now go back to WYSIWYG mode, click inside the anchor, and then click "Insert Link." Xinha gives a JavaScript? error saying that "html is null." This happens regardless of whether or not the anchor is actually selected.

I've tested this on Xinha nightly and 0.95.

Changeset r1126 fixes this bug by updating fixRelativeLinks to return an empty string when given null input.
