missing fr translation in most plugin

hi, i know the ticket #98 is going on, but the revision #56 cant work correctly in french when some plugins are added and i need some of them.

here are the plugin with missing or incorrect fr language file in revision #56

- CSS - CharacterMap - ContextMenu (utf8 issue and missing keys) - EnterParagraphs - FullScreen? - HtmlTidy - ImageManager - InsertAnchor - Linker - ListType - SpellChecker - Stylist - SuperClean

I'm adding the attached files i have, all based on english version revision #56.
